Our water heater stopped working sometime in the morning and wasn’t noticed until around 2pm. I called Reliance to have a technician come in and they were able to have someone sent the same day and he came within 2 hours of me calling. The technician that came answered our questions and fixed the issue right away.

We called Reliance as we are covered with them. They came the next day, early morning, on time. He was professional and didn’t waste any time. He had our issue fixed which was a dirty flame rod in our water heater in 10 minutes. Previous experience with Reliance years ago when our A.C. broke down. Very consistent great service. We love Reliance!

Cory was very professional and knowledgeable. His price quote was very good compared to 3 other companies offering similar heat pump packages.The install team was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. The installation was completed in less than 5hrs. Very impressed from start to finish.

After not receiving a call back from another plumbing company, my wife decided to call Reliance based on the positive response's she had read. They were able to book an appointment the next day. The technician arrived at the time given time and provided a quote that was reasonable. He was not able to start the job that day because he did not have the parts needed to complete the job, but said they would have someone available to do the job at a time that was convenient to me. Another technician arrived the next day as requested and was able to complete the job to our satisfaction. Over all, it was a very good experience.

I recently had a new water softener installed - incorrectly through Reliance (one of their contractors) I called my sales Rep Said Omar and he was all over making things right! the next day we had a new plumber Kyle in the house - he explained all that he needed to do and actually helped us with upgrading our sump pump. Kyle and an apprentice Patterson returned the following day to make the repairs and install the sump pump. I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism of Kyle. He was friendly, attentive and worked quickly to do the job right! I would absolutely recommend using this team again!

Tomorrow will be the third day without hot water. Our condo under their contract Waiting for a valve we are told. Even though their literature says: Trucks stocked with the parts needed to complete repairs on first call. and "At Reliance you should never have to worry about being without hot water."!!!!Well Mr. Reliance

I was impressed with the first sales agent, Charleen. I was inquiring about upgrading to a tankless water heater, and she was very honest about tankless as she has one, and took the time to go through the positives and negatives. The technicians that came were very professional, very nice, helpful and honest. Again, explaining the positives and negatives. Lastly, Charleen gave me a 10% loyalty discount on my monthly charges, so it was worth upgrading.
