Lunenburg County Fitness Centre

Wouldn’t recommend if you want to be gossiped about. Overheard an older woman who was staff speaking badly about the staff and other members. Saying horrible things. I can’t believe the owners would allow such a thing to take place.

I did two punch passes for this facility while I was here for work for three months.What an impressive place. The staff is always so friendly and takes the time to get to know you by name.The facility itself is super clean and well run. Brand new equipment. There is large change rooms and lockers available.I didn’t participate in classes but they do have them.The price is very appropriate for the quality you get.The cleaning occurring during pandemic was very adequate and I loved that everyone has their own cleaning spray and rag and responsibility.They also have a supplement king within the gym, and sell protein shakes!If I was local I would definitely invest in a membership here. Sad to leave such a nice gym.

A comfy place to exercise and stretching space is totally mind grasping.

I’ve been a member here since the very first month this gym opened as the Lynds Den. After moving away for university the staff here would not cancel my membership and ended with them charging hundreds of dollars to my account without my approval. Now when I come home on weekends and breaks from school, the manager who currently works here will not allow me to purchase a day pass to come in for a workout (even on Christmas Eve). The equipment here is nice and somewhat new, although with the lack of respect given by the staff members (the manager in specific) I would recommend going to another gym such as the YMCA if looking for a workout around the Bridgewater area.

I only use it for Tai Chi when it is raining. Do not use weights/machines anymore: arthritis in my hands is too painful. Nice smooth floor is a change from gravel, or deck boards.

They sold me a leaky water bottle and would not give me my money back, even with me having the receipt. The younger staff had no clue how to even do a refund. They were very rude and unpleasant.No wonder no one barely goes to this gym...

Haven't been to the gym in over half a year, suddenly was charged for my membership after they finally re-opened which I was never notified on, and now am being told that I must pay a $50 fee to cancel. Really not happy with that, especially after the struggles of the last 6 months. Feels like a desperate ploy by the owners of this gym. I Absolutely do not recommend this gym any longer
