Love this store..I just wish there were more pajamas and casual wear that didnt have the cutesy cats and various Animals...I like classier wear. Appeals mostly 16 to 35 year old age demographics..

I purchased 2 nursing bras last Wednesday. The one was tight and uncomfortable to wear, the other got broken after washing, I haven't even had the chance to wear it.I am very disappointed because 1 bra cost me $40, yet the quality is not good.

I wanted to take a minute to leave a review for the Manager Courtney. There was an issue with another store not loading a gift card properly and she spent countless hours arranging the investigation and solved it after a few days. She remained positive and kind throughout the entire process, following up with me promptly with the updates. I asked her for her supervisors information to leave a review and she humbly said not to worry about it and that she was simply happy to help. La Vie en Rose is lucky to have her managing this store. Their sizes are accurate and fit people who are more curvy. They have bottoms that are high-waisted and comfortable which most places do not offer. Very high quality.

I love the designs and fabric but the size of the underwear in that store is not true to size or at least certain styles do run big. I bought a couple and now I'm sad I can't really wear them.

Amazing staff, I hope they are appreciated and paid well! They deserve it.

Had a great sale on. Lovely selection of swimsuits. Some full price items very expensive, but some great bargains in the sale.

Love this store. The staff are very friendly, the store is nice and clean and they always have a wide selection to choose from.

Bought a lingerie set yesterday and was not informed of these items being final sale. I have Fibromyalgia so did not try on in store. The size didn't fit me so I went today to return the items. She said I couldn't return and that this has always been there store policy asif I should have known this. She was very rude, made me feel dumb and didn't offer any alternatives. Will not shop here again. Very poor customer service. As a manager myself, I was not pleased.

I bought a bikini at the beginning of june and wore it for the first time time two days ago. I washed it on gentle in my lingerie bag with the splash swimwear wash which i had also purchased from the store and the wire came out of the bikini top. I called the store yesterday and store manager Melony told me i come in and get it exchanged without the receipt, which i threw away because i didnt think i would need to return it. When at the store they said they wouldnt exchange it until i found the purchase on my debit card, which i found for them and then they proceeded to tell me they couldn't exchange it for me because they didnt have my size. I have 6-7 bikini's from the store some of which i've owned for years. I can happily say i will not return to purchase another binki from this store again after the miscommunication and ignorance recieved from the employees.
