The girls working there seem very stressed and confused, which I understand in terms of how busy the store is.But that's not why I'm giving a 1 star.I bought 2 three wick candles and when I got to the cash I wanted to make sure that neither of the jars were cracked. And the cashier says no they're fine

Great products, although expensive. Check the sales and be careful with it.Besides that, always an excellent service at that store, staff very friendly, helpful and respectful.Easy to go around with power wheelchair.

Horrible. I ordered a package, it took three weeks to ship and finally it never came. When i tried to call customer’s service, there was an automatic response sayinh to “just check if my neighbors don’t have it”. Never ever ordering again.

I suggest you guys walk-in cuz some times they have different promotions that you don't see on website. The staff are always cheerful, careful and happy. Easy to return anyways. But I love what I bought and rarely to return. I almost walk there every-week to check and smell something. They are running a really effectively business

Good and clean place, been there a couple of times but the last 2 times I've felt some lack of interest from the workers as they don't approach you like in other branches where they're more interested on giving a good shopping experience.
