Completed the 2 day wilderness course and glad the course was actually held in the wilderness. Much different than my last course done decades ago. Very practical and learned much more with Warren's discussion, instruction and scenarios. Highly recommend.

I haven't taken a course with Turner First Aid Training yet, but I just called and spoke with Melissa Berg after booking and realizing there'd been a technical glitch with the site which allowed me to book for an urgently-required course that isn't running. Not only did she refund my money instantaneously, but she's also called around to her contacts to see if she can find a course available on the dates that I need it--which are three days from now. I may not be able to use Turner First Aid this time but I certainly will recommend them in the future--and Hey, Melissa's boss! Melissa deserves a raise for her amazing customer service!

I was glad that Turner first aid could invoice our company instead of doing a credit card transaction.Although the transaction ended up being messy due to participants not show up for training, they were very patient to adjust our accounts.I recommend Turner first aid.
