Edgar and Doel were amazing instructors, both were calm and friendly and made me feel very at ease. They gave me lots of compliments/encouragement & constructive criticism where appropriate. They helped me feel thoroughly ready for my test, tailored lessons to my needs and requests and were always happy to answer any questions I had. Passed my test first try. scheduling was also super flexible :) I can’t recommend RainCity enough!

Amazing school! I got 2 different instructors (Gene and Edgar) and they were both very nice and helpful ! After just a few sessions I was able to retake my N test and successfully pass it :) The person behind the phone number is so nice and accommodating. I rescheduled classes and road tests 3 different times and they were still able to fit me in with short notice !

Amazing times!! I had the pleasure of working with Rain Edgar and Gene they are exceptional teachers and I owe a huge amount of gratitude towards them. The office was polite helpful and friendly. I suggest if you need lessons you go here. Thanks guys you are the best much love.

Highly recommend RainCity Driving School! Roanne was very helpful with scheduling. Edgar was my instructor and he was really patient and gave me the confidence to take the N test and pass on my first try! I had never driven prior to taking lessons and he really took the time to explain and draw out diagrams for me. Very good at giving feedback whether it be compliments or constructive criticism.

Had Edgar as my instructor- super patient, kind and explained things thoroughly that were easy to understand. He took the time to draw things out to further better his explanation.Took my N test yesterday, and I passed first try :) It really helped having Edgar be super encouraging and giving me the confidence I needed by reminding me that I already know the maneuvers (all thanks to him). He even took the time to do a session before my test to further make sure I was prepared.Highly recommend them!

Doel is the best instructor ever. He didn’t just teach for the sake of passing the road test but how to be a good driver! Never thought I’d be able to drive confidently few months back, and Doel’s patience and encouragement made it possible! Thank you!

I drove for almost a year with just my parents without taking any formal lessons and a month before my novice test I decided to take a couple lessons with RainCity, which was definitely the right choice to make. I had Edgar as my instructor a couple times and Doel once, and both of them were such amazing instructors. Edgar gave me concise and easy-to-understand instructions and helped me whenever I was unsure of what to do. He answered all my questions and gave me so many useful tips to improve my driving. The first time I had a lesson with him, I did a mock road test and I failed six times. My second lesson with him, I only messed up once, thanks to all the advice he gave me during our first lesson. Doel was also an awesome instructor, he was very patient and friendly and didn’t judge me for the ridiculous amount of dumb mistakes I made, but gave me plenty of tips on how to fix them. I can confidently say that the reason I was able to pass my drivers test on the first try was because of how well they taught me during our lessons. I would very highly recommend taking lessons with RainCity and if you want instructors that are patient, knowledgeable and helpful, ask for Edgar and Doel!

Raincity driving school provided me the knowledge and skills that I need for my class 5 exam. Rain who is one of the many instructors’ professional and knowledgeable. Also, he is patient and provides the feedback that I needed to learn and improve on my driving skills. The sessions that I had with Raincity had been all worth it. In fact, I took the test and passed in one take. I would highly recommend this to international drivers trying to get licensed here in BC. Thanks again Rain City!
