I've been sending email after email asking about my original VIP Wizkid tickets, because his initial show was postponed, but now that he has a new date scheduled I want to know if my tickets transfer or what happens. I've been completely ignored over and over. Sitting on hold now for 20 minutes trying to call and talk to someone about this now. No answer. My lay resort is to show up at the box office and ask someone in person what is happening with my tickets. Extremely frustrating and terrible service!!! Feels like a scam and like they are trying to steal my money.

I attempted to purchase tickets immediately as they went on sale. On 3 attempts the system told me I'd missed them and the event was sold out. Having scheduled something else in the interim, several days later I found the bill on my CC. I phoned TicketLeader and they said too bad. They were not resellable, they would not refund the money and they had not sent me a confirmation of purchase so that had I missed the bill, I would not have known I'd purchased anything. The agent then sent me the confirmation and I will get the tickets 2 days before the event making the tickets essentially unresellable (confirmed by the ticket agent).

Bought 3 tickets to Yung Gravy at the end of October.. I received the confirmation email stating the purchase was successful, and then a whole lot of spam from other events TicketLeader was advertising. I never received any tickets in my email prior to the show — and now I’m left to dispute this with the bank since TicketLeader says there’s nothing they can do for me to get my $200 back for my nonexistent tickets. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT buy your event tickets from this company.

I bought two SVIP tickets from them. The concert starts at 8pm and the doors will open by 6pm as confirmed from their email. They never indicated that SVIP tickets must arrive by 4pm. Me and my partner arrived before 6PM. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were told that the inclusion of picture with the band was already finished. We missed that part wherein we paid more than $60 per person. There are plenty of SVIP ticket holders there that were frustrated as they were also not informed of that vital detail ARRIVAL TIME OF 4PM! This company wouldn't take accountability and said there is nothing they can do when i tried to contact them thru email. I felt that i was SCAMMED! MORE THAN $120 GONE!

the worst ticket service around. AVOID!you wanna know why LiveNation, etc does not use the PNE Coliseum anymore? because they are forced to use Scam Ticketleader and they refuse to! the PNE needs to get rid of Ticketleader. the WORST of the worst.Michelle .... you are a witch. you have no soul, no moral compass, no heart, no nothing. you are a robot.they dont have an APP ..... their so called custom built ticket software is a JOKE the worst I have ever used.

Less than helpful. I received an email stating the YG concert was cancelled and that refunds would be processed in 7-10 days. Its been three weeks and still no refund. I called and the person couldn;t tell me anything and told me to call back next week. I WILL NEVER ORDER TICKETS THROUGH THEM AGAIN
