Lady who’s answers the phone is very rude called to find out if they were open because they were closed Monday January 23, 2023 when they should have been opened and her response was “as you can see we are open today” and hung up poor customer service

I go there to bye corn flour. Last time when I was, they charget me twice. I call to ask for refund and the lady was very vierd inthe phone, And she turn off the phone telling me by. I called again and I said that this is not good for you to have this kind of client service. I had a bad experience and I will never go there again.

Well, when I heard the word, African Superstore" I thought I would find a wide range of African products. I am from the southern part of Africa and didn't find anything close to what I was looking for. Honestly speaking this was a west African convenient store. Most of the products here are from Ghana

The only issue I have is the refund policy. I was charged for a product I did not buy. I noticed it on the receipt before I left the parking lot. So I want back in to get a refund. And they told me straight up that they can’t refund back my money and asked me to pick something in the store of similar value. I would have been more happy if my my money was returned.
