It's nice that they have so many cabs so it's quick, would be nice to be able to understand and be understood by the drivers. The last guy was screaming at a young child on speaker phone from the hospital to king Street uptown so that was a nice treat to add on to the 19.00and no tip cab ride.

Vets has some of the best drivers. The newer bunch(I think you know who I mean) are terse, rude, short and need a lesson in politeness, friendliness, and manners. Again the old guard… A+. (Some of) The new drivers? Not so much.

Great taxi company! The drivers arrive quickly and will help you get to your destination as fast but also as safely as possible. They're very kind and courteous!

Usually they provide great service, however the last few times I have dialled no one picks up. The last time I took one of their cabs they forgot about me. I called back and was informed of that and someone was finally sent to pick me up, however I was late for work.

I used vets taxi for a business account. They were 30 minutes late for a cab that was scheduled a few hours in advance. I called when they didn’t show up. I was put on hold . I was told he had just got on shift and it wasn’t called out. He told me cab would be 5 to 7 minutes later. Each time I was on hold I was on hold for 3 minutes and the response was vets taxi. They also told my costaff they had to pick somebody else up. They refused to answer the phone when I was calling back.

I’ve had a bad experience or two with Vet’s taxi over the course of several years of using their services. I was upset when it happened the first time and wrote a bad review, but I was wrong.Taxi services are repetitively used, and drivers’ character and knowledge vary. To make a fair judgement, we’ll have to evaluate the total service over years of use. After several years of using their services, I can confirm that Vet’s taxi is the best, fastest and most reliable taxi service in town!

Myself and my friend both have Service Dogs and have had a horrendous time getting a taxi with this company. In the past, I’ve taken the courtesy to advise the dispatcher that I have a Service Dog.This is not something I need to do, but I have been refused at point of entry before and have had my scheduling delayed. There are little-to-no drivers who will accept a Service Dog team (handler and animal) and when there are, they take anywhere from a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour + to arrive. On three occasions in the past week and a half, they have completely forgotten about us.They say “Syrians will not take Service Dogs (or any animals)” and most of their drivers are Syrians. It is ILLEGAL to refuse a person a service based on the fact they have a trained Service Dog.Shame on this company.Service Dogs are not pets and it is against the law to decline someone because of their Service Dog.What if we had to go somewhere for an emergency and had to take a taxi?

Hi Vets Taxi… maybe not have your senior taxi drivers call all foreigners DONKEYS and then repetitively say they charge passengers more when in reality that senior driver charged me way more than what my trip back to my place was when it was driven by a foreigner. Ridiculous experience I’ve had today. From my place yo destination was $25+ charged by that senior agent… coming back to my place merely 15 mins after was $15 charged by a foreigner taxi driver with vets. Maybe train your racist taxi drivers because that was not it.
