I appreciated very much my purchasing experience of a bike at this place. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They offer a free positioning service with the purchase of a bike. I have bought several bikes elsewhere before in the past and no one has ever offered a positioning service. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to return in the future to buy another bike.

I had an issue with my bike after 20km biking from Mtl , it was bloody hot, walked 3km to this nice store. They properly fixed my bike, super fast also, service was excellent, ppl there are professionals.

Amazing experience!I met Gabrielle (Hope it's her name, it's the one on the facture) before entering the store, while she was taking a bike out from a car. I thought she was a customer and asked if it would be easy to put a MTB on my car, on which she said there would be no problem.Then I entered and asked who i believe is the manager (Sorry, didn't ask your name) which bike would be better for my needs. From the 3 options, he suggested the Marlin 5 while he could have tried to push me the Dual Sport 2 5th gen, which was 50% more expensive.After I've chosen the bike, Gabrielle mentioned she would help me to put it inside the car but i said not to worry, I could do it myself.The tech guy (the one with long hair) was also really nice, helping me with the adjustment and with the seatpost cutting.In the end, when I was trying to put the bike inside the car, Gabrielle came running and helped me, showing me the best way to make it fit without risk of scratching anything.10/10 experience! Would definitely buy my next bike with you guys!Paulo

Awesome service. All staff were extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Great inventory too. Their online stock on their web page also seemed to be up to date which is always a big plus when buying online. A+ all around.
