He made sure I understood the procedure and answered all questions throughly in-person and by email. During the process he informed of what was being done and when pain may occur so freezing or additional freezing could be applied. Information regarding the care of the implant also provide. Just for you Dr. Pinchin: the locktite and rust protection should keep it in place and looking good ;).
