I can't say enough about this company. Our broker Krystal has been the best insurance broker we have ever had. She's knowledgeable, professional, kind and man goes way above the standards as far as I am concerned. It's been a tough go with issues and health in my family, and Krystal was checking in with me almost on a daily bases. Flowing up with the house claim people as well as the car claim people. I didn't even need to follow up with the companies because Krystal already had. Then proceeded to connect with me to keep me updated to what was going on. She was always quick to respond to my emails. The above and totally unexpected service , one day I came home from a hard day at work and I found a card from Krystal. It was a friendly supporting card with a dinner gift card inside. Never in all my years of dealing with Insurance companies and brokers have I experienced such kindness. I would hands down recommend Krystal and the McDougall Insurance company. They make you feel like family. They make you feel like you are the most important client. ZERO stars-- - 10 + years and rate increases yearly. On a yearly when inquiring about big increases I'm met with I quoted out your renewal. It's still the most competitive.
