One footlong and two six inch meals cost $40. On top of the overpriced food i got a side of poisoning...the fountian machine hasnt been cleaned properly as the pop that came out tasted like cleaner and ive been running to the bathroom nonstop even after only a few sips.

Everytime I go in this location the service is slow and they always seem to be out of multiple items at once I.e meatballs, spinach, a certain bread. You have to ask multiple times for more things like lettuce as they put sparse amounts of everything on. If you as for extra like pickles you will literally get four slices. I don’t understand when you are paying $14 for a sandwich now you should get an adequate amount of veggies especially if you only ask for three or four yet others can fully load with everything for the same price?

This is a Subway that I am going to remember for the better!The dining area offers a modern atmosphere that is well maintained and clean. This location boasts a unique panoramic view of the hillsides surrounding the downtown area of Williams Lake.The staff were knowledgeable in menu items and their ingredients. They politely answeredQuestions pertaining to the products they serve. The food, always fresh and the soup was hot. Overall I am very pleased with all areas of this visit at the William's Lake Downtown location.Thanx Guys & Girls!Keep up the Great Work!

The online order they always miss ingredients for your sandwich. Then when you call they say they made it right. The service when you go in there not friendly. Not going there again! Worst subway

Literally just there 15 min ago. Horrible service! Several customers in line. 1 employee making orders & 4-5 other employees wandering, literally wandering around! Customer infront of me finally @ till. 4 of them them to cash her out??? Still only 1 other employee helping 1st 1 out, oops nope, she went away!! Good sandwich tho, reason for 2 stars!

So I'm in store trying to use a coupon online. Cashier says you're taking online orders but the app says you are not. After trying multiple times on multiple phones with no success. You won't honor the online coupon. So we left hungry and angry. You lost us as customers. You cared more about loosing a few dollars on a coupon then us coming back again. Not a good way to do business..

The fresh baked bread smells amazing every time you enter the building. The customer service is great. The staff is well organized & friendly. The meats & produce is always fresh. The establishment is always clean. Definitely recommend.

The counter by the window had foot prints on it. We poured chocolate milk there to see hownlong it sits there. This place has gone down hill big time. Dirty subway!
