I was in for a chemical peel appointment with Charlene and she was lovely! Very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She explained all before and after care thoroughly so I was fully prepared when I got home. I've had excellent results so far and would 10/10 recommend Vive Med Spa to anyone looking for facial and or laser services. Thank you Ladies!

Jordan is great, very friendly, (as are all the staff)! I had micro needling done, she did a nice job of explaining treatment as you go, and specifics of follow up. The newer 'pen' version left me with considerably less 'down time'.

Absolutely love and highly recommended booking with Charlene! She is so knowledgeable and sweet, I was a bit nervous and had many questions about getting my chemical peel and she answered them all confidently and set my mind at ease. 10/10 will be back!

I had an OxyGeneo facial a couple weeks ago with Charlene. Charlene explained the whole procedure all the way through after listening to my skin concerns. I left with glowing skin and had no issues at all after with the product used. Nice bright, clean spa! Thanks so much again Charlene for the great service and experience!

All of the ladies that work at VIVE are outgoing and friendly. They are extremely knowable about all off the treatments they offer along with all products they use. They not only make you feel relaxed and comfortable while you are there - they continue to once you leave. They follow up and answer promptly to any concerns or questions you may have between treatments.I encourage anyone thinking of micro needling or any type of facial peel (the only things I have done, so far) to come to VIVE Mead Spa.I am excited to continue all my treatments and to try new treatments going forward.

Very bad experience… before you book appointment just think twice.. I went there after reading good reviews but don’t trust on reviews guys..I was late for my appointment and I booked for facial and they just clean my face and applied one cream and then done…no ultra sound infusion and no massage. I couldn’t believe that facial done on 7 min and charge is $ 180.. after discussing with one of staff I paid $105.. no result at all after two chemical pills done by them. Disappointed …

This is an excellent facility with a caring, straight forward, friendly & knowledgeable team. Jordan is patient, kind and very informative about lasers and skincare treatments. This is hands downs the best care I have gotten. I really feel like results matter to them as they take pictures at every visit for their records. I was treated with pico genesis laser for melasma I would highly recommend this clinic and Jordan. I wish I lived closer so I could come more.

Vive med spa is such an amazing place. They have really helped me with my skin and the staff are always so nice and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin.
