Gizmo is hard to do, being a bit disabled but they were great with her. And what was great for me is they didn't shy away from a dog that has her problems. She looks fantastic and both of us are very happy with Diva Dog Pet Groom ❤️

Stephanie did such an amazing job with our cat! He absolutely loved his entire experience there and he came back looking so good and smelling amazing! He has been so happy since his grooming! I brought my own puppy here for his first grooming session and he loved it so much he was smiling for hours after. Clean salon, friendly staff, and Stephanie is so patient and knowledgeable. I’m currently fostering a pom but when I got her she was covered in mattes, Stephanie messaged me and offered to show me how to properly brush is out as carefully as possible and ended up doing all her fur for free of charge. She really cares about the quality of her work and only wants the best for her clients. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else!:)

I've never had a dog groomed before so I might end up updating this post, but they did a decent job! I didn't love how they kept him in a kennel all day, I wish he'd a had bathroom break. Also, I don't love how they don't have a projected pickup time, they just call you when the pet is ready. It makes the day hard to plan. But they were lovely people and did a good job.Edit:I've read the response from the business owner. As stated in the review and the email to book the appointment, this was my dog's first grooming service. I thought stating that first thing would mean is that readers would take my review with a grain of salt, but the response below shows that this was not the case. So let me reiterate plainly: I did not know what to expect of the day, and thus this review strives to provide clarity for those who were in a similar situation to mine.Furthermore, I will make an amendment to my original post: My 4-month old puppy was not in the kennel all day"; he was in a kennel for close to 6 hours

My dog is always groomed properly and quickly resulting is a less stressful situation for both of us!

My Husky/Australian Shepherd had a great time and looks great! I rescheduled via email with no issue. Everyone at DivaDog, including the other dogs, was super friendly and caring. They took care of my girl for more than an hour after she was done and even let her run around (she gets QUITE vocal when crated).

Awesome experience! It was our first time bringing our dog Leo here and also his first haircut and they did an amazing job. (Already booked for a second appointment!) He can be very stubborn and he’s also reactive/anxious but they said he did great and they were super quick with him! I would Highly recommend Diva Dog pet grooming!

Today was our boys first grooming appointment with these wonderful ladies. He's a golden and a handful sometimes. I have to say this is the best groom he has ever had. They did an exceptional job! They are wonderful and caterered to Murphs silly personality. They took their time with him and explained his entire day when I picked him up. The owner and her employees are all wonderful! They were also kind enough to give me a tour when I dropped Murph off to put my mind at ease as this was the first time Murph had been there. They deserve 10 stars!!!! Thank you so much for his cute bum cut. Look forward to bringing our Maxie boy next
