Amazing service and friendly staff and pharmacists! Family run and always try to accommodate their patients. They'll go the extra mile to get you what you need. Would highly recommend this pharmacy. They even put candy in with your prescriptions!

Terrible area. Drug addicts everywhere. They dispense methadone at this clinic and so there is constantly people coming in and out who are not sociable or likeable, and most often offensive and unpleasant. Would not recommend bringing children here unless absolutely necessary.

I have been a patient of Queens Pharmacy for 5 years. I am not saying a pharmacy has ever been an issue but this is a diamond in the rough. I will never use any other pharmacy than Queens Pharmacy or it's sister locations. They consistently requests my refills from my dr without fail. This is not part of what a pharmacy has to do 9nn their own volition. Usually you have to Call and ask a pharmacy to request repeats. They have a genuine interest a.nd care for their patients. I feel very blessed to.fimd a pharmacy that will be my consistently drug store i call my home.

A diamond in the rough. I coldn't find a more efficient, pleasant and accomodationg team This pharmacy is fully transparent in terms of the care of clients across the board. No matter what reason they treat every patient equally friendly and accomodating. No matter how busy the pharmacist and technicians they will stop and take the time to answer questions and hear what patients needs arfe. I am very blessed with choosing to go to this pharmacy.

Best pharmacy with extra great customer service. I never have to wait an hour to get my meds filled like at Shoppers, and they deliver to my home in niagara Falls! Always friendly and very knowledgeable about medications and their interactions. Great rapport with my doctor.That's great service. Keep up the great work Karim and Fady!

I've been with them since literally the day they opened and you couldn't find friendlier, more knowledgeable and prepared staff like at Queen's. They make it hassle free, even when you're on multiple medications and live a bit further away, just fantastic.
