We've been using BA Robinson for our wholesale needs for many years and all the staff have been great to work with. Brad has been an indispensable sales rep for our company whom we owe a debt of gratitude. Shane is always very fast to respond and super helpful. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Our experience wasn’t the greatest. Our plumber indicated that some of the parts were used and to take them back to which we were accused of using them. It was a chrome piece of pipe that was marked up from a pipe wrench which we never touched. On another note our brand new kitchen sink stoppers never hold any water and we still have no resolve.

This branch is painfully slow at the order desk, it’s like everyone smoked up before coming to work, glossary eyes and staring at you like a deer in the headlights when you place an order.Common Ross please check into this branch.
