Food was just ok... employees were very cheap with the toppings (believe it or not the burger pictured has lettuce, onion, mushroom, pickles, bbq sauce and relish on it) McDonalds gives you more toppings than this place. You definitely do not get your moneys worth. Plus, the fries were cold and soggy.There are many different places in the city with much better food. I sadly do not recommend.

I ordered 2 cheese burgers a poutine and a milkshake. They served me a melted milkshake the burgers were cold cheese was cold it was gross the burger was bland. The bun was also plain not toasted. The fries are OK they taste fresh gravy was good cheese pull was good. After this 20 minute wait in line for a burger I want a refund you owe me 40$ it was a waste of my time food was gross and overpriced I won't be shopping here again because the food was terrible.

went here today on opening day at lunch hour. it was super busy there was miscommunication about my order. the manager promptly got me a new burger an kept the old one. excellent customer service.

The burger was so juicy and the hotdog was my fave with all the toppings included. So glad that Five Guys opened in our area, we will be back for sure! I suggest to have a few team members clean the area as it tends to get messy when it's busy. Overall we really enjoyed our meals here !

Great burgers and the best fries. Really love how you can customize all the condiments. Extra this, less of that, etc. Menu is a bit strang as a hamburger is actually a double burger and a little hamburger is a single burger. Definitely recommend.

The place was all right very bright. There is no blinds or shade from the sun the windows are massive. The tables are close together in somesponse and the service was pretty slow. I got my order 20 minutes later but it wasn't that busy.

MAY 13- I've been going to the new location once a week ever since they opened April 17. We eat out once a week and five guys is where we go. I was so happy that one is close by. The first day was great as you can see my review below.But these past 2 weeks have been horrible. I don't know how you could go from a great couple weeks to going downhill.It's very busy here.They don't have anyone cleaning tables.Fries overcooked.Now they fill the gravy half way. manager was rude and said they measure it now but half of it was around the cup.I sit inside to eat and my burger bun is all soggy.The lady prepping the food had to help one of the cashiers and started touching the cashier screen. After she was done she went back prepping the burgers with the same gloves.The only difference I see is that the manager/supervisor has been showing up more these past couple of weeks. Maybe he should clean instead of prepping the food.I'll start going back to the regent location as I feel staff are more friendly at that location.APRIL 17 - Today was opening day. Very busy but love they have someone cleaning tables keeping everything clean.Thanks for having gravy at this location!! Great burgers and fries.

I was really excited to try out Five Guys, as I've heard a lot about their tasty burgers and fries. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying due to the agonizingly long wait time and some apparent disorganization with order management. On top of that, the cashier was clearly not enjoying her job.Upon entering the restaurant, it seemed like it was just another busy day, which I would have been fine with if things had been managed properly. I placed my order and took a seat, ready to enjoy my meal. But then the waiting game began...As time went by, I noticed that people who came in after me were receiving their orders, while mine was nowhere to be seen. This was incredibly frustrating, as I was left wondering whether my order had been forgotten or misplaced. I approached the staff to inquire about the status of my order, only to receive a vague response and no reassurance that it was being addressed.After an unbearable 25 minutes, I finally received my order. Though the food was decent, it was not worth the long wait and the frustration I experienced. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but proper organization and communication with customers should be a priority.In conclusion, I won't be returning to this Five Guys location, as there are plenty of other dining options that manage their customer service and wait times much more effectively.
