One of the ladies here was so rude. I politely asked her to fix one of my nail and she got so defensive and got all mad when I only asked for just my pinky to be fixed cause she added extra acrylic powder and it looked chunky and then Showed me attitude the whole time and proceeded to thin out all of my nails and charged me extra , which made me feel bad for speaking out in the first place. Don’t recommend going here

I’ve been coming to this location for the past year and would recommend this salon to everyone. The new owner Amy & her team always do the best job and give myself and everyone the best treatment. I always get compliments on my nails since I’ve been to this salon. I would highly recommend!

Did such a rough job on my nails last time that a lady had to step in. Amy used her “special colour” on me that looked awful because of the mixture of fake and natural nails and she let me leave. Now they won’t pick up my phone calls and when they did, told me they were fully booked for the rest of the month when they used to pick up on the weekends and accept me same day. When they were giving me a difficult time for giving me a terrible manicure (which was my first time not being pleased with them) this is not the way to handle it. Lost a consistent customer and now my $100 bi-weekly goes elsewhere. If they mess up your nails don’t say anything because they will avoid you like the plague. :)

Went for the first time today, called last minute, they got me in immediately.The atmosphere was very warm & welcoming. The girls working are so friendly, inclusive and upbeat, I honestly have never had a nail experience as great as I did here.Amy did my nails, she did such an amazing job, in fact I would say the best set I have ever had.She is such a sweetheart.10/10 would recommend this place, and will for sure be making this my go-to nail spot.Prices are great too!

Had moved from Toronto, my previous set lasted me a 6 weeks and held up throughout a move. Sent a picture of this set to my original nail tech and the first thing said was there is no structure as the apex was not built which can be seen in the pics because they're flat and thin. They nail tech at this salon said they couldn't do a fill and needed to do a new set. I also requested an almond shape, the nail tech kept doing an oval shape, had to keep asking for it to be fixed. Charged me almost $70.00 for a set I know won't last more than a week. Booked another appointment for this weekend, definitely not impressed with the work especially for this price.

I love all of the girls and the owner Amy. Special mention of Paula and her amazing skills with great attention to details! She always gets an excellent shape and is open to feedback if I ever have any (I can be picky lol) she is friendly and I love going here, I have been for 2 years and will always spend my money with Amy and her crew! Loyal customer because they are awesome. Latest nails in green are Paula’s work! The nails last super long too! Love this place ❤️

AMAZING! Lovely staff, it was my first time getting my nails done. It was welcoming, fast but careful service. They do not rush and you feel valued. Prices are some of the best in the city compared to other places I looked at!

Friendliest nail salon I’ve ever been to. I loved my nails and the two hours I spent there flew by. Definitely going back and definitely recommend.

This set of nails was $68 (tax included) for medium length, 6 solid color and 4 with a very simple design.Salon is in a strip mall and the space looks run down. There was a man sleeping in the waxing room. I would have overlooked the space itself if the service was good.Nail tech A started my set (laid the acrylic and did the shaping) and then then Nail tech B took over the color/design as Nail tech A started a new set for a walk in customer.Nail tech B struggled with applying the polish and left huge gaps on the sides of the nails. I asked her to fix this. I don’t think I should have had to point it out as it was very noticeable. The polish was applied extremely lumpy (see photos). When it came to the design she couldn’t do it (very simple curved stripes) and Nail tech A took over and attempted, although it looked nothing like the reference photo.The photos attached show how my nails looked after leaving.

Amy and her staff are amazing!! I had been getting my nails down elsewhere and they were destroyed. When I moved to Downtown and came across Amy’s shop it changed my life. My nails had previously sustained a lot of damage from acrylics and started off only doing shellac. Amy convinced me to start which acrylics and she saved my nails. Even after I take my acrylics off my nails are healthy and strong. Amy is so kind and does her work carefully to ensure it is done right. She always does the cutest designs and does a really good job. The prices are reasonable as well. Customer service is always fantastic and I love going here! I haven’t been this happy with my nails in years!
