Hearts Introduction Service

This service is a SCAM plain and simple-Ruth claramunt charges $1500+ for a lifetime" membership but you don't get to see who she matches you with so what your getting is a very expensive blind date. And these matches are "bottom feeders" at best and when you call claramunt she conveniently can't be reached and forget about a refund you won't get one and she also charges you an additional fee each month to "keep your file open" stay as far away from this "service" as possible and as for claramunt I hope they close this service down"

This company is a fraud and shouldn't be able to get away with this type of scamming. They took my money like all the other people on here and that's the last I heard from them. Even the lady who interviewed me, Liz if that's even her real name disappeared shortly after meeting with me.

I wish I had done more research on Google before I became involved in this fraud. That is what it is and why action hasn't been taken to shut Hearts" down I do not understand.How Ruth Claramut can continue to SCAM baffles me.No wonder her husband can afford an expensive airplane.I waited 3 weeks to hear from her office and then I contacted her. Her assistant gave me some phony excuse as to why I hadn't heard from them after paying the "membership".A few days later she came up with another name and profile. When I called the number I was informed that it was unassigned. I did some more investigating and found the man's address was a large corporate building (King Street and Yonge Street).This organization is unethical and it should be shut down before it scams anyone else. Terrible experience. Wish I would have read the reviews. They take your money and run. They said they have all these referrals and they don’t.They don’t care. Just charging and make false empty promises. Such a waste of time and money.

Joined in Vancouver. Met a few men. No one had anything in common with me. When I moved to Toronto , I went in and met Ruth the owner and asked her to match me with someone there. All she said was I looked younger than she expected. Nothing happened after that. Profoundly disappointed.

I hired this company for $10,000 to help me with the dating experience after my divorce. The assured me that they were very experienced and had put together many happy and successful couples. They interviewed me and went through all the pretences of being a professional entity. After they cashed my cheque they never even called me. When I kept calling them they said they had not found any one for me. Months passed and I asked for a refund. They said they did not give refunds. Then when I threatened action they sent me a crumpled portfolio that was nothing more than the exact people on the Ehamony site that week. I know because I was on Eharmony that week.Do not spend your money or time with this company.
