Terrible service! Called about a leak they came out and didn't even prevent it from leaking more. Needless to say it kept leaking after they came. Would not recommend this company to anyone! Very unprofessional and obviously not knowledgeable!

I used Atkinson for a very large project at my house in Amherstburg a few years ago. They did a great job, and over saw other contractors. I have also used them for small projects with great success. If you need honest, quality work I highly recommend them.

Mr. Atkinson Sr and Jr have helped my dad for years with the old boiler and furnace in his home, and they have always been incredibly responsive, professional and kind. At one point, they were coming by the house a few times a day to reset (and secure) the thermostat when he was suffering dementia. Trustworthy, expert and fine professionals.

Easy to contact, came out with no hassle and on time for appointment. Work was done professionally and on budget. Some plumbers in town don't even call you back after multiple messages are left. Atkinson will be our go to in the future!

They never returned my calls. Their website and phone message says they will return your call within 24 hours or less. I left a phone message and a quote request on their website with no response.I called CJ Bondy Plumbing who answered immediately and booked my appointment.

I called, left a message; they returned my call on the same day and promised to come by the next day. They arrived the next morning as promised. very nice, professional service - took care of my problem. Highly recommend them
