We bought sofa covers from Emerald Decor and we loved it . The fabric is very soft and stretchable . Great customer service. The owner Balmeet was very helpful and knowledgeable .I would highly recommend this place .

** BE AWARE **Never buy anything from them, the owner BANMEET BHATIA is nice when you make a purchase from them. But if you approach them for a return or replacement, she is very rude and unprofessional.We bought two sofa covers from her on Nov 2, 2021, paid her $75. (We have the invoice)We explained to her that the purchase is conditional on the colour match and we will bring the covers back next day for a full refund if the colour does not match with the living room decor.That is what we did, we brought back the covers (intact with the packaging) on Nov 3, 2021 for a refund (since there was no other cover that we liked in that store)Then she told us that she will call us when a new shipment arrives with more colour options.She never called us, so we called her in the ballpark of 15 Dec, 2021 to see if she has any more selections for us to pick from.There were none and she was adamant that she will not refund our money.Today is Dec 31, 2021, she is still holding our money, she has not contacted us to provide any status updates whatsoeverI would never ever deal with them again.

I live in Calgary and found Emerald decor when searching on Google. I saw the bed sheets and designs were amazing so I ordered few bed sheets for me. My kids love the colors … happy kids, happy mamma and happy family. I ordered two bed sheets for my grandma and she loved it too. I placed another order for 4 bed sheets for my sister. I will for sure recommend it to all my family members and friends. I will for sure buy again in the future. Thank you so much for quick delivery and professional service.
