This was such an amazing experience!! The crew was very informative on what to expect during the journey including safety, take off, and landing!!! The pilot was also great!! Everyone had such a positive energy and I can promise you won't be disappointed!! I would highly recommend choosing this company for all your Balloon Quest dreams!!!

Captain Eric really knows how to pilot a balloon. He showed us a great time in the peaceful balloon floating in the sky. It takes a whole to get good enough weather since there can't be any wind. But it was worth the rescheduling. Cool experience!

Amazing experience! What wonderful people to make this a special ride, plenty of information to help you feel comfortable before you start, the ride itself was amazing, I couldn't believe how smooth the ride was, our pilot showed us interesting landmarks and answered lots of questions. It was great getting involved with packing the balloon away and then going back for a celebratory drink and story about the history of ballooning. I would definitely recommend getting in touch (directly) with this company for the experience. We were very lucky to get a ride on the first day we picked.

We had such a great flight! Everyone was so professional, kind, and encouraging. Yes there is a good chance you’ll have to reschedule do to weather (it has to be perfect), but the pilot was always so easy to get a hold of and schedule and reschedule as needed. They were extremely safety conscious and I had no hesitation we flew with the right company. Amazing flight, and a great company to fly with.

An absolutely fantastic experience! I felt perfectly safe with the experienced pilot and enjoyed a day with perfect weather for a flight! Well worth a few weather related reschedulings to have such a great experience! The pilot and crew were knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the balloon or the flight, and I learned a great deal about the history of balloon flights as well.

My Sister purchased a Balloon ride for me for my 60th birthday, it took a few attempts to finally go thanks to the weather. Once the day finally happened it was so AMAZING! Absolutely loved it and can't wait to go again. Our pilot, Eric was knowledgeable and funny with some stories of some of the many flights he's done. It was the perfect early Spring evening and the tree tops were full of fresh leaves and the wildlife below us kept us looking for more. I highly recommend a ride with Balloon Quest/Capt Phogg Balloon rides, you won't regret it! Thanks for the most memorable evening from Carmen & Gail

I have so many great things to say about this place. We got lucky and on our first time booking it the weather was perfect to fly. So we booked it for a sunset ride and they were so helpful and nice. I was proposing to my girlfriend and they helped me sneak Rose's on board and they made the experience absolutely wonderful for us. It was a once and a life time opportunity and we are so glad we were able to experience it. We will for sure be going back on our 10 year anniversary! I highly recommend them!!!
