Great service !! Better than online

It has been now 6 years i come and book my trips with this branch and i can only have thw best comments about the friendliness of the employees their, Nathalie Comeau has been my travel agent their since the beginning and never failed to find me the best deals , she goes out of her way to find me what i need to accommodate my needs ( and i do admit i am picky) but she always does it with a genuine smile . i have to command her colleague Yenny for going out of her way today by calling the mexican resort, as she speaks spanish , and helping Nathalie for the final questions on the room.So once again thank you to all the very professional employees at your branch.

Don't go here! I was planning my destination wedding for 70 people. I was directed to Patricia LaBelle. It takes some time but she sent me an emailed with quotes for Jamaica like I asked, I replied and asked for quotes from other locations to compare, I waited and waited, I never heard back from her again!! I've walked past this place at the mall, she still works there. Waste of my time. I have sent her emails, nothing! But I would get automatic replies from her inviting me to book my own vacation using her website. LOL. If they could not handle my business, a simple reply would have been kind. Instead of ignoring customers hoping they would just quietly go away. This place will book your vacation or direct you to their website to book your own vacation, but honestly, you are better off doing that yourself or going somewhere else where people are willing to help you.And for destination weddings, stay away! Shop around! It is too bad they lost my business and the potential to have gained business from all my guests. I ended up with another Travel Agency, the agent helped us find the perfect location, she organized a travel package with discounts for 68 guests coming from 4 cities across Canada. She even made us a wedding flyer that I emailed to all my guests regarding prices, dates, excursions and any information our guests needed. She was extremely helpful. That ladies and gentlemen is a travel agency! This however, is not. We have a couple newly engaged friends also thinking of destination weddings. We will not be recommending this place.

I'm updating my review since I went back and I talked to another agent. Terrible service at first, the agent Nathalie Comeau didn't even let me talk and explain what I wanted, I gave her my budget and in the most obnoxious way possible rejected it immediately and she told me she couldn't handle my request since she was on the phone looking for something for another client so she would call me back in 5 days. Definetly not what I was expecting.Good service the second time with agent Claire Thibert, she was able to arrange for my a package to suit my needs and she was rather professional. I'm ok with the service.

Even, if you are ready to book a trip, they don't call you back. They are too busy to talk with each other. They don't help customers or they find excuses not help there customers.

The worker was rude, literally kicked us out of the place just for walking in at 4.30 because it was closing at 5pm. We just wanted to ask a few questions which were going to take 10min max. We walked in super excited and walked out disappointed. You lost 2 customers.

Called to speak to a travel agent about booking a flight for my grandmother (who was sitting next to me) and the travel agent demanded to speak to the person paying. I have booked numerous times with Voyages Transat and have never had a problem. From the moment she answered the phone she was rude, from the tone of her voice to her language.1. She questioned us what travel agent we booked with before and told us Why are you calling here? Why don't you call your travel agent?". At the end of the phone call we asked for her name

In a shopping center with closed door .on reservation only

This place is truly great in helping you book a vacation! The staff here are phenomenal and are super friendly! They will accommodate to your for every need and help you stay within your budget! Would recommend coming here to book your next vacations!

Asked for some water after buying $6000 with of travel tickets. They said no. Went there twice, the Internet was always down. -5 stars. Nothing more.
