Ace of Hearts Dog Grooming

We are so pleased with Tinkerbella’s beautiful styling. Our little Pomeranian looks great in her summer cut. Not too short and not too long. She wasn’t the slightest bit stressed when I picked her up, either. I highly recommend Ace of Hearts Grooming!

I would not trust anyone else with my dog! She really does an amazing job and you can tell how much she cares about each individual dog. My dog has a double coat and it is super hard to maintain but Ace of Hearts keeps it more than manageable.

Such a fantastic dog groomer, we had an excellent experience. Easy to communicate via text and got us in the same day. The staff member that was grooming was so friendly and personable. Our dog came out with a perfect cut and smelling amazing. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Called multiple times, left messages and emails. No response back. I’m always courteous because I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years. My old boy needs grooming every 5-6 weeks so I guess they don’t want the business. Too bad I thought they were good… I guess they pick and choose their “customers” as a business model. Oh well, I found a clean salon that isn’t cramped and gives dogs more room so they’re not on top of each other.**Response - if a business, no matter the size, cannot return inquires via call, text, or email since July 26th then unfortunately a one star review is warranted. Especially since asking the groomer for another appointment after I paid for services and was told to set up by text or email because she was too busy with 6 or 7 other dogs. If your business is closed for extended periods of time then it must be posted on the website. Maybe in the future you’ll be able to manage or put a better system in place like every other business.

Pearl always does the best job and takes her time with each and every dog in her care. She has a calm down to earth personality, and the animals can sense they're in good hands. My Pomeranian has been going there his entire life for about 11 years now, and she always makes him look and feel his best self.

Pearl takes excellent care of our mid size cockapoo. Maggie always looks amazing when we pick her up. I love the fact she is not caged and it's a social event as well for her. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Hands down the best groomers in Kelowna. Sweetest staff, always friendly and do a stellar job each time. You can tell they are passionate and really care for the dogs.

I have been bringing my dogs to Ace of Hearts for about 4 years now. She does a great job on my boy and does what she can for my girl who is handi-capped. I'm super protective of my special girl and feel safe leaving her there to be groomed. I also love that they aren't crated when they're at the shop. It can sometimes be hard to book an appointment due to it just being one person there, but in my opinion it is worth the wait.

Our Keeshond Fenrir had an awesome first visit today! I love the extra touch of the bandana he came home with. We will definitely be back!

Pearl did a fantastic job grooming my standard sized doodle exactly the way I asked. She always does a fantastic job and my dog seems to enjoy it there. It is a small shop and it isn't too noisy. I highly recommend this dog groomer.
