Dr Sabeen Khalid should not be practicing medicine.. she should not be allowed to even speak to patients. She has failed to meet the requirements set forth by the medical industry to make responsible and educated decisions. She failed to do proper follow ups she failed to uptain proper permission from both parents.Keep yourself and your kids away from this dangerous wanna be dr.This person should be behind bars….

Disorganized mess of a clinic. The receptionists are either over worked or flat out have zero compassion. I can't even get a script faxed properly... This place has really gone downhill over the course of the last 10 years.Our health care here in Canada no longer exists. I feel for everyone enduring this.

How do you book an appointment if no one seems to be in charge of the phones? Been trying for two weeks now. Doctor seems very competent but clinic staff need lots of improvement.

When I joined this clinic five years ago I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointments. The service of care was OK but it was 5-10 min appointments. OHIP pays them but they don’t make you a priority at all. Then in the last two years when I needed specialized tests my doctor hardly calls me back, does not read my emails, does not read or reply to emails to her new email address. She overbooks three patients per time slot. I had a lot of respect for Dr. Rana before but she has absolutely disrespected me as a patient by letting me fall through the cracks. I have to call THREE times to get an appointment and then I have to follow up THREE times to make her book specialist appointments. She writes in her system that she called me at a certain time but I do not have any calls on my phone and am left WAITING my my phone. She does not prioritize your urgent needs unless you call her crying. The most ridiculous health care method I have seen in the GTA. I would recommend you do not book here. Think about your sanity and the gruelling process it is for a full doctor to make you chase them about your own care. It’s negligent.

Sardana is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He is caring, compassionate and always there to help. So many Dr's just try to push you out and don't listen. This is how all Dr's should be.

Horrible service, will be finding another doctor and moving my file from here. It's been 90 minutes and I am still waiting to be called in. When I came in today, they said it will take 20-25 min to be called in. These guys have no respect for other people's time.

I went after hours to pick up a prescription. I thought it would be busy as the receptionists never pick up the phone I walked in to 1 person waiting and 2 receptionist backs toward me doing paperwork meanwhile the phones were ringing like crazy. They definitely need more training on multitasking. Otherwise I was happy to get my prescription in a timely manner.

I can't wait on hold for 30 minutes when I am teaching at school. Will be looking for a family doctor because you can NEVER get through the lines. I am ALWAYS on HOLD!! I wish I had not left my last doctor where the receptionists actually knew WHO I was when I called.

Dr. Lawrence is the best doctor. I left his clinic because it is almost impossible to make an appointment. If you can't see your doctor, his expertise are useless for you. Staff say same words every time, Doctor is fully booked for three weeks. If it is an emergency go to hospital. Bye bye"."

As a patient who has been coming to this clinic for about 2-3 years, I can confidently say that I am beyond disappointed with the clinic as a whole. While the doctors can be okay, and my doctor is usually fine, the staff behind the counter is absolutely devoid of compassion, and seem to care nothing at all about offering courteous service. I have been put on hold multiple times in a single call, with the hold time expiring, and the call being put back at the end of the sequence. I've had phone appointments where, if my phone accidentally disconnects, I don't receive a call back, and I have to reschedule an appointment once again. I've also had issues where a refill request sent by my pharmacy has been completely missed by the staff, only to have to wait several days between my pills running out, and a new refill being properly requisitioned. This is unacceptable, and terrible practice. Management needs to take into consideration just how many reviews mention the same things, and make some meaningful changes. I will certainly be looking for a new doctor, not because I don't like him, but because the staff in the clinic make it near impossible to facilitate the care that I need.
