As soon as I entered, everyone was welcoming, doctor Amjad was great, he explained everything in detail to me. Definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend this clinic. Aisha was very good and helpful at front desk Dr. Al-Zubaidy is very friendly. Got my appointment for the vaccination so quickly and right on time. Five stars service.

Hours are shortened AND they close for lunch. Fax machine is turned off when staff leaves. Horribly inconvenient, disliked by many specialists for sending incomplete referrals and illegible notes.

Fantastic family doctor of nearly a decade

I don’t usually review doctors but I just had to say something about Dr.Zubaidy!!! She’s amazing! I just had my first visit with her. She is incredibly kind and thorough. She answered all of my concerns (I had a lot) and didn’t rush me at all. She really went above and beyond. I’m not going to lie thou I’ve seen good doctors. What is really amazing about her practice is she is ON TIME. I’ve become so accustomed to waiting over an hour at a doctors office that this was a pleasant surprise. I waited maybe 5 minutes? Lastly, the receptionist was so kind! That was a first for me in Toronto haha.The only issue I had is that the specialist Dr. Zubaidy referred me to was having a hard time accessing the medical records they sent over. I had a hard copy of my medical records so I was able to drop it off to the specialists clinic but I hope they can work on this so it’s not a hassle for patients.All in all, I’m impressed and I’m so lucky to have found a truly amazing doctor in Milton.

We came to the clinic for our vaccine boosters. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient, especially the receptionist Aisha and Dr. Zubaidy. Highly recommend!
