Since they have become Desjardins our opinion has completely changed.If it wasn’t for a couple of front staff members in the office we would have given you 1 star.My husband was accident free for 40 years and was involved in a no fault accident. They replaced his glasses.Desjardins was just taking over and did not honour or grandfather in the 1 accident free clause.His car insurance rate skyrocketed.“Great” recognition of a long time, accident free client.
