I call they say they will get back to me, they don't. I call again no answer leave message again and again I go through this cycle. They never call me back. I wanted them to do my roof but now they have lost my business because they can't answer a phone. Its very frustrating and poor service

Kyle and his team are pros. We had mold in one corner of our ceiling, which it turned out was due to condensation from very poor insulation and ventilation in the attic. Kyle came by and explained clearly what our problem was and how to fix it. They came back shortly after and topped up the insulation, fixed the ventilation and cleaned up the mold. Very friendly and helpful people.Great service, great value - highly recommended!

Just had our attic topped up and the knox did a fine job. They are clean and curious and understood that we have a cat that is an escape artist. They went the extra mile to make sure she did not get out of the house. Kyle is awesome!Thanks again for the great service!

Our experience with Knox Insulation & Roofing was great. The responsiveness and timeliness of communication was exceptional, and the quality of work could not have been better. We had Kyle and his team come in the middle of winter to top up our attic insulation. The house is now a much more consistent temperature, and our heating bill has been cut drastically.

The team of people at Knox Insulation and Roofing did an amazing job redoing our entire roof which had been full of mould, frost, and damp insulation. They worked together through a snow storm, and freezing temperatures, completing our roof in 3 days before it became worse. We are grateful for their thorough work and extremely fair pricing.

I have done over 10 quotes for reshingling the roof at my home and interview and opted with going with Knox. The price point is reasonable. Budget was my primary consideration.When the team arrived, I was blown away positively. Their service is exactly what the top of the line big name roofer who quoted me. Professional, Courteous, tidy, efficient. They worked hard and conscious of giving as little inconvenience to the home owner and neighbours. A range bungalow style home roof, completed within 2 days with close to a dozen staff. They really streamline and know what they are doing. This local company won my heart. I highly recommend.

We had extra insulation added in the attic bringing it from R30 to R60. Also, an exhaust vent in the attic needed to be vented outside plus the old insulation around the basement windows to be replaced by spray foam. The job was completed efficiently. Kyle's team of 3 worked like a well oiled machine. Obtaining a quote from Kyle was a pleasant experience. He trusted the information we provided over the phone and, in turn, we trusted his quote and work. There is no middle man. They thoroughly cleaned up before they left. We are very satisfied with the service.

Knox installed a new shingle roof along with upgraded blow-in insulation for my attic in 2018. These guys did a great thorough job at the time, showed up when they said they would, and charged the agreed upon price. Fast forward many wind and rain storms later, the roof has held firm. Recently during a torrential downpour I checked my attic to find water coming in around one of my exhaust vents. I called Knox and they sent someone out right away who assessed and repaired the issue. A hole had rusted through my riveted metal exhaust vent. We are replacing them with a one piece plastic vent. These guys go above and beyond, and stand behind their work. I would recommend them highly.

Wish there was a zero star category.Kyle talks a great line at the start, but doesn't come through. Endless emails not responded to, blames the email system, duh.Job booked for April affected by Covid, never had the courtesy of a call, nor one to rebook now that things are opening up.He told us this was a third-generation business - well if he doesn't straighten up, this will be the last generation.
