Scam!!!!!

This place is a scam! They won't pay any claims out! Stay far away!

Got mortgage insurance for my wife and I and for life and total disability. I was told that I would get 4 certificates but only one arrived for myself. I requested the other three so I could review them, not just once but twice, still don't have them after a full month.First payment was taken for my wife before the starting date even though I requested to change the stating date for both of us previously.I called them today to cancel, they did not seem to have full grasp on what was happening.The whole process went wrong for some reason and based on this I do not believe that this company will cover me when I need.

Deceptive practices. When trying to cancel they make it very hard. In my opinion thieves.

Fraud company, i put in a claim after a major accident but they have taken my money for over 2 yrs and denied my claim. Fraud do not go withthis company i will be sending a article about them in toronto star fraud company.when i needed the most help they denied me. Fraud fraud

Pire assurance!!! Ça fait plus de 6 mois que notre demande de réclâmation est ouverte,,,.... ils disent attendre des confirmations (papiers) de clinique et hopitaux des 5 dernières années.... après 2 mois on appel pour savoir ce qui se passe, ils nous disent qu'il manque un papier (même si on leur a fournit tout ce qu'il faut),... on le renvois, ensuite on rappel, et ils disent qu'il règle ça le plus rapidement possible,.. Ensuite un mois de plus, on rappel, et finalement ils attendent pleins d'autres papiers!!!! Ma conjointe a eu le temps de se faire opérer au 2 poignets (tunels carpiens), de prendre sa convalescence et de retourner travailler MAIS ils attendent encore et encore et encore des papiers avant de prendre leur DÉCISION!!! Incroyable!! des voleurs !!!! Jamais mais au grand jamais ne faites confiance en cette compagnie d'assurance de broche à foin.

Tried to get a name of the President, a manager, a boss. Got the run around from Mortgage Insurance Protection and Manulife. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone from one person to another. They can not or will not give any other name but our claim specialist.Une vrai perte de temps ces gens-là. J'ai essayé d'avoir le nom d'un patron ou patronne, au delà de 30 minutes d'une personne à l'autre et de Mortgage Protection Insurance à Manuvie. J'ai seulement le nom de la personne qui s'occupe de notre dossier.

Shady insurance company.I doubt they would pay a claim
