Dragon's Den Art Supplies, Cards, and Gifts

It was such a lovely time, visiting the store and meeting the owner. Very friendly, and they carry everything you need to indulge your creativity

I came for some basic supplies which they had but the place was untidy, disorganized and I had to reach around to find things. Some of the products I noted like paint markers were dried up and alot of stuff just felt like it was gonna fall over like the stands near the door. On top of the kitchsy ole lady house vibe (which can swing both ways) The lady was smoking in the back and it wafted throughout the store which is a big turn off for me (so not good old lady house vibes) . It is the only art store around so the monopoly here is in this stores favor butI hope this review helps improve this potentially wonderful place as I'm sure there's been better times in the past and maybe no one mentioned how disorganized and smelly it is in there.All around they have what you need and it's not overly expensive so three stars.

While on vacation here in Penticton, I went to this store to buy a few paint tubes and brushes for my art work. The lady I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. I had a positive experience here and found what I needed, however I did not give this store a full five stars as their art supplies is really not the main focus of their inventory therefore limited.

Dragon's Den carries high quality canvas that I need for my pet portrait business and for painting parties, that I host. They also carry a nice selection of fine art materials such as sketch pads, paint, pastels, pencils and charcoal.

What a wonderful visit to the den - I got more than I needed and extremely pleased with my new pens. Owner is more than welcoming and helpful. The sweet dogs laying around was the best part of the den! I will be back soon.

Wonderful store. The owner is so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not always comfortable in my ability to match colors and the owner went through the paint set I was purchasing and labeled them individually so I would be able to group them. Can't say enough good things about this store.

Came in to buy medium for oils and acrylic after being given a gift certificate for the store. The selection was great for a small shop and they were very friendly and helpful. Was able to get everything I wanted and got some helpful advice.There were also two lovely dogs in the back of the shop and hot apple cider for my wife. Welcoming and festive feeling for the holidays. I'll be back again when in Penticton.

My favourite little store to visit. Always has what I need and I often end up spending much more time there than I need to. The owners/operators are local people who have a passion for what they do and it shows in their level of knowledge and service.

Amazing people, art supplies, gifts, and fantastic card selection!! Such a great place to visit and great prices for amazing products that you don't see anywhere else!
