Staff that isn’t helpful/ don’t know the parts… I was there he took a phone call as I was standing I front of him 1/2 way through a sentence this place blows bad experience 3/3 times now

Husband dropped off our RZR for servicing after being assured twice that it would be ready for pick up by end of business the next day. As we were driving from the Shuswap, overnighting in Kelowna, then picking it up on our return, it was hugely inconvenient to learn midway through the next afternoon (we called as we had not heard from them) that they had just started working on it and it wouldn’t be ready by the promised time. We had to drive all the way back 1.5 hours each way during our holiday. No apology or discount was offered. Word of mouth is powerful. Our community here in the Shuswap will be warned not to go here. The 2 stars are only because the maintenance they did (regular oil/filter stuff) seems fine.

Great team and great experience, they listened and had a couple of options of what my sled issues were. They nailed my issues on the head. They got my sled working and got me on my way. Super happy with service, attitude and the team!
