PC Mechanix is (are?) fantastic. I would give them 900 stars, if that were possible -- they managed to get 900 GB of really important data off of a harddrive that had become critically unworkable. For over a week, Shafi displayed such amazing diligence on this doomstruck project, as well as being really gracious, and supportive. I never write online reviews, but i really wanted to do one for these guys. They are quite great, indeed.

They managed to repair what could be charitably be described as an ‘antique’ PC which I needed to get going again as it ran a bespoke piece of equipment at work.I didn’t think they’d manage it as it was 23 years old but they actually did!In good time and at a fair price too.

Took ages to fix my pc, and barely dealt with any of the problems. Owner is also very disrespectful and unprofessional when in calls. Work is very highly priced for the lack of quality provided. Never coming here again.

The owner and the team at PC Mechanix have helped me tremendously. The owner was able to service and repair numerous issues over multiple of my PCs. Everytime I call with a question - or experience an issue - the owner always give me the time of day with a genuine concern about my issues. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, I use PC Mechanix for all IT related problems I have. Thank you again!

I called these guys out of the blue. I needed a 20 year old AT 250W power supply for a computer that can't be upgraded.In less than an hour, they had gone through their back room, tested a bunch of power supplies and found two for me to choose from. They didn't say so but I suspect they even blew out the dust for me too, or else their back room is spotless! Either way, I consider it a win.My XP machine is back up and running and it only cost $45! Can't go wrong. I'll be back to PC Mechanix next time.

Incredible service! Had a house-call to fix my desktop computer and Shafi was fast, professional and thorough. He went above and beyond to get everything working properly, and he was even able to help me, a complete technophobe, understand everything that was going on. I highly recommend this company!

Again, he is so knowledgeable and qualified that without hesitation, knew exactly what the problem was and instructed me what to do. I highly recommend PC Mechanix.Why would you go anywhere else when the skill and proficiency is here ?

For someone who does not know computers, Michael made it easy for me to understand. My computer was really slow, but he fixed it and made more efficient. I definitely recommend getting your computer/devices repaired here, he really knows his stuff and service was amazing!

Very good service. They repaired my computer in-house and again during a home visit and I was pleased both times. A bit pricey, I thought but I would certainly call them again.
