The worst decision I ever made was to take my car to M.A.R.S. Went in for a simple brake job and came out with a $3,000+ bill for things I didn't need. Also had 2 wiper blades installed and charged for 4. Just the small things if you don't catch they will try and get away with. Kept being asked what I did for a living"

This shop is fantastic. I was concerned about how I would get my car there since it was not running. But knowing they had a deal with a towing company, made everything seamless. Jake continuously updated me with everything that was happening and ensuring they completed my car for when I needed it. Also knowing that they have a vehicle available if they needed to keep my car longer made me less stressed.I will be coming back with any issues in the future!

This auto repair business saved my day! I was on my way heading to work, while driving I had the undercarriage splash shield break loose and start dragging on the road, I had to stop on a side and google nearest auto shop near me, and I am so happy that it was them!due to the emergency they were able to take my car immediately and fix it within 20 minutes! I recently brought my Audi SQ5 in for repairs( wheel barrings, water pump, brakes) and some other things. The customer service was great I was updated on the status of repairs. The price was costly but fair due to all the work I had to get done. I will be returning for any future repairs needed to my vehicle and I would highly recommend this shop if your looking for great service and trustworthy mechanics. Thank you to everyone at MARS! I just recently had a major work done on my C400 and it required an alignment work. I called last week and within that same week I was able to my vehicle looked at and aligned properly. BIG BONUS they have touchless equipment which doesn’t attach or hang on the face of the rim.Nathalie was very kind and helpful over the phone booking me in. And when I came in to the shop, it was spotless and very clean and organized. Also met Jacob very cool gentleman. Thank you appreciating my inquiry turbo keychain* :) next time I’m back there I’ll make sure I have the battery switched so guys can appreciate it more.Above and beyond shuttle service from drop off to pick up. I highly recommend this place , they very friendly and great customer service.PS. The owner Carrie, appreciate you following up and touching base making sure everything is okay post maintenance and service. As a women, my experiences at auto shops were never great. BUT, coming here I was helped Carmon who was very nice that I just had to leave a review for him. He offered the best oil for my car, and it wasn't until 10 months later that I remembered to write a review for him. Will be back soon!
