My God, a child took my order, it was just a hot Moka no whip cream, the child was unable to take the order, asked me to speak in english ( i was already and kept it simple) 3 words, Hot Moka no whip.... gave the order 3 times, after that just got out of the drive thru, went to Kirkland, the best in town!

Naomi is the bestShe always makes the best drinks and even when I don't know what they are all I need to do is give a vague description of what it tastes like and she's like yea I got you. *Wizard magic* and then suddenly an apple pie is drinkable.Love herEveryone there is awesome

A few weeks ago, I went to pick up a medium late. After taking a sip, something tasted incredibly off. I tried to drink a bit more but eventually could not stand the taste and threw it out. I ended up being sick all night.The next day I went to inform them that something must have been off with the drink. One of the staff then informed me that the milk had been expired and had issues the day before. To compensate me, she kindly offered me a gift card.Today, I went to treat myself and order a small iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso (my favorite drink), not only did it taste completely of sugar, but I finished the drink in 2 minutes. There was a ridiculous amount of ice in my drink, to the point that there was barely any liquid. For a drink that costs almost 7$, this is highly disappointing.I love Starbucks, but the last few times I have been so highly disappointed. Do better.

Love coming to this Starbucks. Very friendly staff, who always help me decide which delicious treat or coffee to try. Environment is exactly what I like in a coffee shop, which helps me think and get stuff done. The app and Rewards program are a bonus.

Husband ordered a non fat latte - tasted like water and for some reason staff added splenda ..he went back and staff eye -rolled . The 2nd one was cold and worse . We are long time Starbuck fans but the service and product severely lacking .

The staff are always super friendly and full of smiles. I think that’s key especially in the morning when you just want to be greeted with kindness and not with a grouchy attitude. They give such good vibes and energy to their customers. ☀️
