Been going to Petland Lethbridge for years always a great time feel so welcomed. If you have any questions about reptiles Kaitlin is a awesome and knowledgeable person to talk to she’s always willing to help with anything. Went to petland today, store was spotlessly clean, including pet habitats. Staff was as always pleasant.The reason for 2 stars:The pricing! MY GOD, I realize there overhead and there is less buying power but the prices are outrageous.Nearly $10 for a mystery snail? 1 stem plants $8?? The only things I could find reasonable were pet foods in general and faux plants.And I nearly dropped my purchase and walked out at the disgusting 'betta starter' display, $85 for one of the most inhumane fish bowls I've ever seen, a betta and $20 of overpriced decoration, food, filter.SHAME ON YOU to encourage people to think that is an acceptable or even reasonable set up for a living breathing creature.Your store was empty, NO SURPRISE. I said before you will price yourself out of business and that is exactly what you are doing.

I get my animal toys from here and always have to visit the animals, birds, and fish! The staff are friendly and helpful. My kid always takes her time while we are there so she can say hi to all the creatures.

A great place to come for fish, small pets and pet supplies of all kinds. The staff here is always so friendly! They are constantly getting new supplies and products. I love coming here to see the guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets and birds.

Worst customer service I have ever seen !! Bought some glow fish for my daughter and when they died before I got home apparently I was to blame for that ? Talked to a lady on the phone and was told they were 7 days guaranteed but when I got there it was a different story. Stephanie Mica and the supervisor Caitlyn were all very rude and unprofessional! Don’t recommend coming here unless you want a super upset child !

I was there the other day, there was a purple hair lady named Shandi she was so helpful! Such a positive welcoming energy. Very approachable and knowledgeable. I will for sure return to this store again for any pet needs because of this experience. Customer service like this is so far in between these days. Its such a nice experience! Awesome staff, always very helpful 5 stars.Big variety of foods and toys and probably the place with the most bird pets. Like the 2 beautiful conure.Love it.

Petland staff are happy to help you. Truly happy. They will offer help at any time, and are more than happy to spend the time to offer information on any specific animal, food, accessory, or service. They provide brochures and printouts if you need additional information.We always go here for our pet supplies. I recommend you do as well.

Great staff! The ladies really helped me with my fish! When I first went in the gentleman which is the manager came off a little rude but made up for it with his kindness when I came back a few weeks later. It's definitely my go-to pet place!

Store is looking unbelievable lately, some work going on in the fishroom can't wait to see if there will be changes.
