Absolutely wonderful service. I came in for engraving work on a zippo, and left knowing I was getting the best price in the city and feeling I left my work in very capable hands. 10/10 recommend this place! Knowledgeable staff, great pricing.

Was refused engraving on a sterling silver Military Style/Size dog tag. A name on the front and a poem on the back the size of an address... Pet stores can handle that and a specialty shop can't?

Can’t say enough about Showcase and their staff. They have helped us out on numerous occasions with great customer service and very reasonable prices. I recently made a mistake and didn't realize they were closed, and I was supposed to have our trophy for a weekend event. The owner went out of her way to send a staff member there (on their day off!) to meet me and totally saved the day. Really no reason to look anywhere else for trophies and awards in Victoria!! Thanks guys!
