Had another GREAT day with Interior Fly Fishing. These guys know their stuff! The guides have the heartbeat of the area and totally know where the fishing is hot and they will absolutely give you the best day on the water possible. Had a wicked day on Roche lake with Casey. Lots of knowledge, and landed some beauty fish. Interior Fly Fishing co is a fantastic budding company, focused on customer experience and relationships with other anglers, suppliers and outfitters and most importantly the environment. Would recommend for anyone looking to find some fish, have some laughs and learn about some of the lakes and species in our beautiful province. Perfect for family or individual outings. We got talking about fishing but more importantly fly fishing. Casey had mentioned he wanted to start a fly fishing guiding company, our conversation progressed into how a guy like my self would be able to start to fly fish as this is a sport in which seemed intimating, with no real clue of how to go about this. Through many texts and phone conversations I received valuable advice and recommendations from Casey. After checking the site out, I was more than impressed. So I decided what an opportunity with what's going on in the world right now to support a small local company that was just starting out. I reached out to Casey through his website, he contacted me and we set a trip date for May long weekend.This trip was more than I could have asked for. Casey's knowledge, patience and passion for the sport were truly amazing. We caught many Pennask rainbow trout on this trip. These were the largest trout I've personally ever caught. As a beginner to fly fishing my two day trip with guide Cameron Paille was great learned a lot and landed a lot of fish. I am totally new to fishing and I have now had Casey take me out on multiple guided trips and each time I've found myself in spectacular locations and have landed fish, which says a lot about the skill of the guide.
