Wild Card Shack
I went to an event held there, and the layout was not well set up for this event, and it made the event not so great. Not enough staff for the event, especially bartending (one for over 50 people). The food was not the best. I am not sure who decides how many people can attend, but maybe less would have been better for this specific event. Out of 4 things ordered, I liked 1, which was wings, they were great, lots of options for flavours as well as different styles. So my suggestions are prep staff or have more staff, do not host events that don't work for the layout (just my opinion as it was a waste of money since some guests couldn't see due to others of where stage and seating was), have waitresses get the water during an event not make people wait over an hour for a glass of water by putting it on the list for the bartender to make. I ended up asking a second waitresses for water and got it within 4 minutes, which was nice, as she went and got them herself. As for actual alcohol drinks my waitress forgot to put in my order twice so i did have to ask for it a total of 3 times, which is slightly understandable on a busy night but if it's busy i suggest utilizing the note pad. Maybe add in the description of food if something is spicy (that is why I didn't like some of the items I ordered. They were spicy...yes I have a sensitivity to spices). Just visiting.. wishing this was in my home town. Slow Sunday night top notch burgers. Something for everyone. Pool tables, horror items sports bar. Stop in and make this a must go to

Wild Card Shack
Wings so cheap on Mondays and Wednesday 4.90. We tried the hottest wings and they were good. Service was great, a long queue though and a lot of people so the first order took a about 40mins but the second batch was faster. Very very affordable. Overall, it was a good experience. We enjoyed our time out from the kids.

Went in for wings with friends. The wings were amazing loved every flavor I tried. Tonnes of flavors to choose from. Atmosphere was cool. Service was excellent. Will go back for more for sure.

I have been going to Wild Card for years on Wednesdays with my friends. So much so the one waitress knows exactly what we drink...Very disappointed in the service this evening. I definitely can understand when it's busy things can take time. However it was not busy when we were there and we waited over an hour for our food.This is unacceptable...When we inquired why she gave us one excuse after another, and than blamed it on the fact that there was only two girls in the kitchen. Only to find out in the end she forgot to put our order in, no apology no concessions, just oh well and very rude.Might have to check out the new wing place in town.

Wild Card Shack
Wild Card has become a go to spot for me. The staff are always friendly and attentive, the food has never been disappointing and the atmosphere is comfortable and fun. The ownership and management really do put the effort in to providing a safe and enjoyable environment, and they care about service. This place definitely isn’t a cookie cutter pub, it’s quirky and unique - and I highly recommend it.

An insane wing flavor selection and they are cooked nice and tender. I was there on a wing night and the place was packed. There is also a pool table there so you can shoot some pool and have beer or two with friends.

We've been here a couple times so far and the staff is always very friendly. The food is decent and great prices. This most recent time we went for wings and my husband claims he had the hottest wings he's ever eaten" Napalm flavor! We'll be back for sure."

The 5 stars are for the managers reviews I love the fact its written fairly and honestly and not in a subservient non authentic way, reminds me of how I would have commented in the same situations, anyways my friend and i were hoping to book a hotel and go to Fitzsimmons brewery Monday to check it out as we love their Mad Queen Beer, but now find out its closed Monday, instead of cancelling our get out of Calgary overnight stay in the sister City we are going to come check you guys out just because I like the owners responses so much.PS: I hope Im going to like the wings too lol :-)

Wild Card Shack
As I was surfing, I came across Wild Card Shack, and after reading the reviews and replies, I was interested to see for myself what it was like. I am a bit saucy, so I liked to see a small local business stand up for themselves. We went in and didn't know it was karaoke night a little loud for me, but some good people were having a good night of fun. Ordered the regular and boneless wings in different flavors. All were good, but I think I preferred the bone in as they were a little more flavourful and juicy, good size too. Our server was helpful, and we were well looked after the bar was only about half full. Would go back for the wings for sure.
