Olivia is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to all things women’s health and physiotherapy. I saw her while pregnant and she helped me to feel empowered and more prepared to give birth. She is so incredibly kind and understanding, and gave me so many great resources to look into. EVERYONE giving birth for the first time (or second or beyond) should seek out the help of a pelvic physio like Olivia or Amy - you won’t regret it!

I was so impressed with my entire experience. Unlike most sectors of our healthcare system, this felt thorough and purposeful. I was listened to without interruption and didn’t feel rushed. My little girl was welcome during the appointment which was great given so many women are post partum who come here. This should be part of every mothers birth recovery process. Honestly, 10/10 experience. Thank you.

My appointment with Olivia was the most empowering meeting I have ever had. Women’s health shouldn’t be that much of a mystery! Olivia is knowledgeable in a vast array of women’s health and well being issues and brings it forward in a very casual manner which helped me feel comfortable.
