Doctors Walk-In Medical Clinic

Great front staff, lovely personalities! Doctor Kellend (pardon my spelling) was fantastic! Very kind, well informed, wonderful energy that made me feel safe and heard - definitely be coming back if I need something quickly and can't get into my doc.

Recently they have turned a corner and are very well run. I think it’s because of the wonderful nurse they have there Monday-Friday and the medical secretary too. What a great team. Doctors are cheery too.

After we waited many hours the doctor barely looked at my husband's face and I prescribed advil, which obviously didn't help. And for me, who had a hand with a nodule and tingling, an exam that I never received a response from the doctor. And if you have multiple symptoms in different locations they say we can only present one symptom per appointment.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. They are open at 8am. They started taking people. Sat there for 30 mins and no one had gone in yet so I asked how much longer the girl tells me the doctor doesn’t come in till 9 or 930. There is no sign and they don’t tell you this when you check in. Horrible service don’t waste your time go somewhere else

I wish these reviews included the race of the patient. I'm south Asian, Dr. Rayevski spent less than 60 seconds talking to me during which he was already filling out a requisition for an xray that I told him I didn't think I needed and which he acknowledged wasn't necessary. I think he already made up his mind and the next 59 seconds was him giving me a political explanation for why he couldn't assist me. London is a racist city unfortunately, if you are a racialized person your better off not not seeing this doctor, I think. I think my experience is consistent with many of the other reviews I've seen here. After seeing this doctor, I went to another clinic and the doctor spent about 15 minutes talking to me and understanding my situation and was able to assist me. I wish I didn't spend the 2.5 hours waiting in line to see Dr. Rayevskiy. It was a demeaning experience.The woman working at the front desk however was extremely helpful and kind. Its unfortunate Dr. Rayevski was such a disappointment.

Do NOT go on Tuesdays! She obviously does not want to help you, and do not dare expect her to listen to what you have to say about yourself and your health. She is to busy thinking how to get you to one of her friend specialist. She could help you, but giving you a easy safe cure is not as profitable all the way around. We know what club she belongs to. She should retire!!!!!!!! They think we are all stupid.

Both the receptionists and the doctor that I dealt with were very pleasant. I came in around 8 and got my name third on the list for when the doctor arrived around 9:15/9:30. Was told I could wait there or come back closer to the time. Came back and spoke with the doctor and got my prescriptions filled. Was very happy with the experience, considering the walk in clinics and family doctors in London are all swamped.

They are now back to actual 'walk ins' instead of booking appointments which is nice. I waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor but that can be expected during peak cold/flu season. Receptionists were very kind and respectful, even when being faced with some extremely rude people that came in. This was my third time receiving care from Dr. Rayevskiy and he is wonderful. He quickly prescribed the medication I needed.Yes the wait time can be frustrating, but there is no need to take it out on the staff- after all they are doing their best and their goal is to help you.

I took my son in this location since he had a stomach pain. First time visiting this place and we are very pleased to find out that our favorite Doctor is there..Dr. J Kelland, his amazing very helpful and smart.The receptionist is so nice too and friendly I think her name is (Normida) I hope I put her name right.Thank you Dr Kelland for everything.

Got a phone appointment for 9:20 this morning. Got a call from the secretary at 8am confirming some information. Was told I'll hear back sometime after 9. Their documentation says they could be up to 2 hours behind, depending on how busy they are. It's 3:12 and I haven't heard anything. They will charge $30 if I miss the appointment. Can I charge them for missing my appointment and wasting my time? They request we stay in a quiet area for when they call. Are they expecting me to stay put for 6 hours waiting? This place is a joke. The reviews are obviously very accurate.EDIT: After trying to call over and over, and kept getting full voicemail messages, I went into their office in person to find out more. Supposedly the doctor that I got (Khan, lots of complaints about her) decided to not show up. The owner knew about it, as she explained she wouldn't be able to work a week earlier, but she didn't get removed from the schedule. The person I talked to made a lot of excuses, saying she didn't know the doctor wasn't calling patients until 6 hours after my appointment, which isn't the first appointment of the day. They should know who is in. She needs to fax prescriptions and things, and work with the doctors, so going 6 hours with no contact has got to raise some red flags that the doctor obviously is not there. They got another doctor to call. He said he was going to send a script to the pharmacy. That didn't happen. I found out that the receptionist lady I was talking to sends the faxes. So, she definitely should have known Khan wasn't in much earlier. I called today and they said they sent the script, but shoppers must not have received it. They got a confirmation from shoppers, but it isn't on file at shoppers. I've never had a case where shoppers didn't get the script. Then the lady starts questioning why I didn't fill it 2 days ago. If she read the file or talked to the doctor, she would know that we were only going to fill it if symptoms didn't get better in a day or two.This place is a sham. Stay away.
