The staff at First Choice in Chatham are always so friendly and greet you with a smile. The costs are reasonable and the staff always seem to be so patient. Nice touch being able to book online but still being able to walk-in sure helps with convenience!

I've regularly attended to get both my daughters and my hair colored. I can schedule appointments that work best for me, I'm always welcomed by staff quickly and with a smile. We always love how our hair turns out.

Absolutely horrible service. Made me wait 40 mins even though I had an appointment. The hair dresser didn’t even finish my sons haircut and when I thought I was going to be next she wouldn’t even cut my hair. Highly recommend not coming to this place. Highly disappointed. 25$ for a kids haircut is also robbery.

I didn't make an appointment (big mistake). 2 people where ahead of me upon arrival, so I decided to wait after being told we will be with you as soon as possible". 45 minutes later and 6 appointments walking through the door
