Andy was amazing! Alpine limos was the perfect touch on our perfect day. We did not have a bridal party so we opted to rent the Rolls Royce from their collection to take us around Canmore for photos with our photographer.Andy was so kind and really made our day! We would highly recommend Andy & his services.

I came across Andy by Chance, after I spontaneously decided to go for a skiing trip.Andy himself picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at Château Lake Louise.Also on another trip during my stay, they took us on a tour through the park and provided plenty of background information.Andy really seems to have done his homework, and he obviously likes passing his information on to visitors.Although the service is a bit on the pricey side, I would always book Alpine Limo again. You certainly get what you pay for here.

I booked Alpine Limousine for our wedding day. Roger who was the driver of the limo was right on time and very professional. Roger made sure everyone was comfortable and made sure everyone was happy. Very positive attitude.Andy the driver of the Rolls Royce went above and behind to make sure my wife and I had the best experience possible. He even offered us water. The photographer we used (TK Shots) and Andy knew exactly what locations to use for pictures to make our wedding day extra special. Andy is a true gentlemen he made sure to take extra care of my wife and daughter getting in and out of the car. Could not have asked for a better experience. We hired Andreas & Alpine Limos for our late October wedding this year and we could not have asked for better transportation for our guests at our wedding. Alpine provided the shuttle for our guests between the Fairmont and the other hotels in Banff. They were very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the experience it was perfect and stress-free. I would highly recommend Alpine Limo for all your Banff transportation needs.

I booked a limo for my wedding. It showed up on time which was good however, the limo did not have any air conditioning (it was a 32 degree day) so it was incredibly uncomfortable to be in. The driver wouldn't open the truck to allow me to grab water for the drive either which was not ideal especially after being outside in the heat for our ceremony and photos for about an hour and a half. When we got back to the hotel after photos, the entire bridal party was overheated, uncomfortable and drenched in sweat. I assumed that this would be a better service with air conditioning. Overall, I would say this was really not worth the cost.

Special thanks to Rodger our chauffeur from Calgary Airport to Banff. Very professional. He gave us a lot of info and tips along the way in addition to having made the effort to speak more slowly for my spouse who only speaks French. Much appreciated. Ultimately, this 90 minute car way trip that we dreaded, was very pleasant and also very comfortable aboard this impeccable limousine. Merci Rodger!

We highly recommend Alpine Limo & Tours. We came to visit on a Mother-Daughter trip and Rodger was our driver. He totally made our trip. He drove us all around Lake Louise and Banff and is super knowledgeable on what to do when and where. He gave us the best ideas and took initiative to help us set up reservations and book tours. I'm a wedding photographer and my couple had hired Alpine for their transportation for photos. Andy was such an amazing chauffeur.... so friendly, helpful and funny..... he added such a great experience to their big day and made my job easier too by holding my flash, helping me with my bag and even fluffing the bride's veil for me. We visited Banff for 8 nights last week in Aug/'22. The Gold concierge @ Fairmont Banff Springs hotel (where we stayed all the 8 nights) recommended and booked a private executive SUV for for us for airport transfers (Calgary-Banff) and for 5 consecutive days of tours for the 3 of us (I, my wife and daughter). We were very fortunate to get Rodger (chauffeur and tourist guide) for all the days we were there. Right from the time that he picked us up @ Calgary airport, he gave us a memorable experience unlike any we've every experienced in over a decade of our private tours in North America. Who knew that even an airport transfer could be so very informative and interesting...we all looked forward to his picking us up every morning for tours in Banff, Jasper and Yoho National Parks. He arrived punctually, in a clean and shining SUV, in his 3-piece black suit, pointed out every highlight possible, provided us w/ gems of information all through the tours, suggested excellent variations to our itinerary, and took us to spots that we had no idea we would enjoy so much. He grasped and understood our needs precisely. We're planning on another long visit next year, and will make sure that we book him sufficiently in advance.
