Poor customer service, drove over inground sprinkle system junction box. Refused to compensate me for damages.($1k plus). Ignored any reasonable attempts at a resolution.

They don't seem to actually exist. I've been to their address a half a dozen times over several months and nobody is ever there. I got someone on the phone once, but they weren't really able to give much information and they told me to come down. Its a trailer in a junk yard with some piles of stuff... am I just supposed to take it?
