I recently purchased a home in PEC that had complicated Right of Way issues that I needed resolved before feeling comfortable to make the purchase. I found IBW to be very friendly and helpful. They were extremely busy but put a rush on my request understanding that it was time sensitive.The project manager, Alycia, was knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend them.

Had a very poor experience with the Belleville office while trying to get a survey of the vacant land I bought a couple years ago. Just wanted to reconfirm the property boundaries and do a topographical survey. Initial work done was only a small portion of the area requested (and a map was provided). This wasn't discovered until after as you cannot see the final product until full payment is made. I ended up speaking/emailing with 4 different individuals at that office and at some ponts, messages left would be ignored. The survey itself is lacking a lot of information, including basics like locations of the property line stakes.I have yet to be able to get up to the property due to Covid, but will update my review once I have.Cannot recommend them and i'm now out several thousand dollars.Edit on Nov 19,, 2021, after the company response :Despite the reply to my review, no one from this company has reached out to me at all, not even Steve (the branch manager).I have been out to my property since the date I was told the work was done, and the markers set out are orange tape on the branches of trees, some of which had already fallen off. Couldn't find a single stake in the ground either, which was indicated on our contract to be done.Lesson learned. Will not be using IBW for any future projects, personal or commercial.

This is an amazing company. They work with you in full until the job is done. Luke McCarthy was assigned to my case and you simply could not ask for a better person. Really! I highly recommend them.
