I'm not experienced with mortgages or setting up line of credits. Tom and his team provided me with great advice and service and yet made me feel comfortable. Years ago, my mortgage was up for renewal and I wasn't sure what to do next. Switch to variable, fixed, new provider, etc. Tom gave great insight and gave me a few choices and recommendations. It turned out to be very good advice and saved me money. And again my mortgage renewal was up this year also. They again gave me some sound advice and saved me money on negotiating a better term.
