I love Fix! I have been seeing both Claire (Acupuncture) and Sean (Physiotherapy) for years and both I would highly recommend. They are so knowledgeable in their fields, I always feel so well taken care of and they are honestly miracle workers for any sort of pain. I find the clinic really well laid out, organized and the front desk staff are always very friendly and accommodating.

I’ve been so happy with my experience at this office. I see several different practitioners and appreciate each of them so much. Carl is just the most caring and attentive physio, Giorgio is such a knowledgeable osteopath and Larissa gives an incredible massage. I appreciate your team!

Love love love all of the fantastic practitioners at Fix. While I've had fantastic treatments from many of the amazing people I regularly see Sophie (RMT), Simon (chiropractic), Marco (Physio) and now have started getting osteopathic treatments from Giorgio. Dream team!!!! They help me with so much from my SI, hip, rib issues and also migraines. As I'm new to osteopathic treatments, I had no idea how much they would help with my migraines!! A fantastic addition to the range of services I get from wonderful Fix. And to top it all off, the online booking is a snap and the front end staff are AWESOME! Highly recommend Fix!

I feel abjectly discriminated against and punished for being sparkly, outspoken and Indigenous. I find it extremely insulting and disgusting that they blamed me and what they knew was mu anxiety and depression for those ineptitudes of following up with me at the front desk and when I profusely apologized for forgetting today they are forcing me to pay for it. Screw them. Jennifer, the manager, said she cared and she wanted to “have a fresh start with me” but I didn’t need the fresh start. They do. So much for trying to get care for myself. I gave them a chance after having an initial bad experience and I forget one appointment and I was punished saying I had to cover the cost when I cannot even afford to eat as an immigrant and they know that. I find this place disgusting and discriminatory and Colonialist. Good luck going here.

The vibe is always weird here. We have extensive benefits and I've seen many practitioners at Fix but it's very mixed experiences from really bad to decent. Prices are higher than most places but the quality of care just... Doesn't measure up. For how often we go, it was kinda the final straw to reevaluate when I mixed up an appointment time and got charged half the price of a session as a punishment fee. The desk staff emphasized that the practitioner didn't need to charge it, but he chose to. As if it was like to teach me a lesson for making a mistake. So unpleasant, I can just go somewhere else.

As a dancer who is highly athletic I have had great experiences with two treatments here. Sean Raymond for Physiotherapy and Sophie Berkhoff Smit for Massage Therapy. They have taken really good care of me. They are both very detail oriented and really listen to me and my body. Highly recommend!

Love this place so much! I love that they have so many different practitioners & treatments available all in one location !Front desk staff are all amazingly helpful , friendly & go above and beyond .The clinic has a very nice calm, caring vibe where you feel very comfortable.Physio - Mali Przy : very good at her job, I have had great results with her treatments specifically , in relation to migraines , & neck pain whilst I wait for a breast reduction , as well as I’ve done extensive physio with Mali due to a dislocated elbow & fracture injury on my arm , where I essentially could not bend my arm & where I have about 95 percent of function back now after only a month & still improving . Mali is very dedicated to her patients & it shows! Very friendly & nice vibe vibe in her treatments . I’m glad I found her!Chiro - Dr. Alix Boyer : I see her for neck/ shoulder pain / migraines . Extremely knowledgeable & really takes her time to investigate what’s going on for you as a patient, very good at what does , I feel really good after her adjustments & really makes patients feel listened too, heard , and seen regarding what they are experiencing with pain etc . She never makes you feel rushed , she always seems like she loves her job & very friendly . I have seen a big reduction in my symptoms after her treatments . Highly recommend !Acupuncture : Claire Lipke : Claire is very kind & will make you feel very comfortable during your treatment , regardless of if you are there for physiological reasons or psychological reasons . I go for migraine / neck pain but also find it helped my anxiety / insomnia massively after a treatment If your soul needs to feel better this is the treatment and practitioner for you.Claire is very professional & skilled , and I highly recommend her !RMT : Joanne FigueroaExtremely skilled as an RMT & very good at what she does . I have actually been before when I had the begging of a migraine & it got rid of it . I see Joanne for neck / shoulder and back pain. All of the practitioners have been wonderful however, they incorrectly charged my credit card and then began calling me multiple times and emailing me to correct it, over the course of three days. My only option was to give my credit card information over the phone or go back in due to their mistake. I won’t be going back.

I have been seeing Dr. Simon Pearson for nearly 20 years and he is quite simply The Very Best! I started seeing him in James Bay and then at the Fix Healthcare. I sometimes suffer from wry neck and he fixes me up almost every time in a single visit. He starts with a little deep tissue massage and then provides the chiropractic adjustment. He told me on my first visit that his massage is very strong and he can ease up but if I can take it, it will do me good. So I let him do his thing. It works. I would never go to anyone else but Simon - he is that good. I would rather use TENS therapy and wait a month for him to return from his travels than to use anyone else. Before Simon, I hunted for good chiropractic and always heard the same thing - come see me three times a week for the first few weeks and then we can adjust frequency from there. Simon adjusted me and said to come see me again if you feel like you need another adjustment. He earned a lifetime of loyalty. TRUSTED! Thanks Doc!
