Hyatt Sewer & Foundation

I’ve had water in our basement over the years but Hyatt sewer & foundation has fixed the issue! It has rained a lot over the past month and no water settles, so thankful for their service and follow up to ensure it continues to be working as expected. Can’t say enough good things!

Excellent, timely, thorough, and very efficient! Ben Hyatt and his team took on my parents’ crumbling walls on very short notice and rebuilt them to the standard that should have been followed in the 70s when the house was built. The excavation revealed some questionable pieces in the original structure, so they came up with solid solutions to repair the walls. They finished by installing upgraded water barriers and drain tile to protect the house in the future.All the workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves, Ben was very patient in explaining the process to my parents, and even some rainy weather couldn’t slow them down. Hyatt Sewer & Foundation focuses on commercial as well as residential projects, and any company would be lucky to work with them. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

I had a full replacement of outside tile around my foundation and waterproofing completed in Sept 2022. The job was completed as contracted and the workers were top shelf. They explained what was taking place as they worked and I received everything that was promised. The workers were competent and hardworking. I would highly recommend Ben and his staff to anyone needing foundation work completed.

Ben and his guys did an amazing job running some new drain tile in my basement! The pricing beat out the competition by far and they knocked out the project in a day and a half. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Would highly recommend using them if you are having any water or sewer problems!
