I have been with Bayshore for more than a year now. They have been excellent.We have established a regular routine. The PSWs are wonderful with my father who has a gruff sense of humour. They treat both my mother and father with care and concern.Communication with the office is simple, and they are pro-actively communicating (and solving) issues with scheduling.I can always check the status of my parents with the easy-to-use Bayshore app.

We began dealing with Bayshore Home Health (Kelowna) in May of 2022. They came highly recommended and we have been extremely happy with their services. Their team leader has helped us solve many things beyond what we were expecting, and their in residence team quickly earned the confidence of family in the home.
