Had the best customer service at 7eleven richmond on the weekend at night around 2. i have visited so many times to the same store but never got fresh food at night . But the associate working on the weekend at night i think his name was ashkit actually took the initiative to make us fresh food and helped us get the things we wanted .

Ordered 4 hotdogs 2 smokies 3 orders of wedges and 2 big gulps from 711 via Skip the dishes . Got 6 hotdogs instead of 4 and 2 smokies I ordered. Got one (sort of ) order of wedges (was one and half broken wedges) and no drinks . Also hotdogs were a hot mess with way too much sauces OUTSIDE the buns . Never again . Picture two is from this same hotdog excess continents . Maybe standardize it guys . This is ridiculous and staff probably angry at making hotdogs .

Today my two daughters went to 7/11 to buy some snacks. We live really close to the store. And my daughters told me that when they were paying, the cashier lady told them to show her their pockets. And she also asked the other staff to check the camera. Did she think two kids would steal then lie? WHICH is unbelievable! is it because they are kids which means they are easy to bully? No kid should be treated disrespectfully. You should train your staffs to respect customers and not just assume they took something.

Picked up order confirmed with staff 1 bag and only 1 order. Had to return cause 2 drinks missing from order! Not even an apology nor a complementary drink or anything. Get it together! No wonder the ratings at this 7-11 are sub par. Incompetent staff! Terrible customer experience and service! Yikes!

Poor service. night guy still cleaning up while long lineup and half of the people walked away. Second at breakfast they dont have anything ready because the guy last night was on video call forgot to cleanup. this location workers are just lazy. I dont see managment doing anything about its situation.

I took a rather large crowd of children to this location. The storekeepers were very accommodating and patient with us. It was really nice to see the children find joy in kindness and what a couple of dollars could offer.

Good Store n Great service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I got a slurpie from 7-11 and the manager saloni was super helpful the employees are really nice and I really recommend this 7-11

Their price tag on instant noodle is never correct or fixed. I asked they said they will fix tomorrow, well, 3 people are just chatting and playing on their phone.I ask them to heat the pizza, they said we are not that type of store can make it spicy. I did not even ask? Terrible attitude, will not go after use all my points
